Where the bot gets its answers
You give the bot what you'd normally give new clients: guides as PDF or Word files, your service pages as URLs, checklists, your own texts. On top of that come question-and-answer pairs for anything that should always be answered the same way.
For every question, the bot searches these sources first and only then writes its answer. If the answer isn't there, it says so and refers to you rather than guessing. There's no absolute guarantee with AI, which is why you test in the Playground before going live.
Your content sits in its own separate database. It isn't shared with other customers and isn't used to train AI models.
- PDF, Word, text and website URLs
- Q&A pairs for fixed wording
- Automatic re-crawling of your website
- A separate database for each assistant
